Look, I was just trying to relate the genre to something I'm familiar with. You can't create an RP based on an amalgam of 2 universes I know nothing about and expect me to be ready to jump right in. I'm not that good.

I'd ask you the same. Look, maybe I interpreted it wrong, but it seems like you're sore that everyone wants to do something different. You basically just said, "Screw it! You guys have your own RP about whatever you want. I'm leaving." So, forgive me if I feel like you're being immature about this.

Alright, look, I'm sorry. Honestly, I probably shouldn't have brought up Starcraft. It was bad timing on my part, since everyone was already pressuring you to change things. I hadn't even realized at first that you didn't want this RP to have fantasy elements. That's probably my own fault for not reading more carefully. I've gotta tell you, I'm psychologically exhausted, and this was not a good time for me to start thinking about a new RP.

Bottom line: I'm not joining this thing, regardless of what becomes of it. If you want to let it be a fantasy thing and go do your thing on your own, then we should just have a new thread for it. However, if you really want to keep to the sci-fi universe you had in mind, there are people who are willing to do that.

EDIT: Shit, even my grammar's getting bad. Lemme come back after I've cleared my head.

But I forgot to mention that till now and we just got into a pointless argument that took place because of mistaken insults.

Whatever, I'm not offended. I just think that if you really worked that hard on this idea, you shouldn't just give up because other people want to try other stuff. Honestly, it's partly my fault. I told Kan on AIM that he could use Halo stuff because I thought that's the direction this was going.

Anyway, if you think this would work better with just you writing, I say go for it, but maybe we should wait and see how the RP looks in the light of day. Kan's had his Halo fantasies shut down before. One more time won't hurt his feelings.

Okay, I apologize for the bunkass premise I came up for this RP, but god my brain is drained from recent events so I hope it will suffice cause I'm much too mentally tired to make it better (c'mon you saw what I wrote, its good enough just go with it!!)

name: Craston Mikane

age: 49

race: human merc currently working for the Rog

equipment: chansaw bayonet equiped machine gun, sniper rifle, frag grenades, explosive tipped bow and arrow thing... not really sure what it's called.

Craston spent years in the armed forces of earth learning how to kill and what tactics were best for freaking out the enemy. He worked alone most of the time equipping himself with weapons for most scenarios. Sniper for long range, machine gun chainsaw for mid and close range, and the arrows for anti tank. After training and service, he was critically injured on the planet Raaz resulting in the loss of his arm. he was left there to live out the remainder of his days as one of the lowest in the society of Raaz. Luckily he managed to scrape together enough money to pay someone to build him a new arm. It is rudimentary and malfunctions now and then but it has increased strength and uses the same movements as a regular hand enabling Craston to act as normal. He typically wears a long sleeve shirt and gloves to cover his arm no matter the temperature and rarely lets anyone know.
