[Delacroix(Rei)]

She sneers and looks down at him.
"No, I haven't, Now get me off this island." She tells him, pressing down o his chest with her boot.

[Scorpio]

I laugh and groan at the same time.

"Then I've got you over a barrel lady. You need me alive and I've got nothing to lose."

I push her foot off and stand.

"Now, I'm still feeling that urge to help everyone else. Unless you can make me a better offer."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

She stops him at the door and she looks him in the eye.
"8 Million Dollars." she tells him defly.

[Scorpio]

"No way you have that kind of cash."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"My Employers do." She tells him, pushing him back onto the cot.
"You're valueable to me right now, I can kill you if you refuse to assist me, But I can assist you aswell." she sits in a chair and points the gun at him.
"Well?" She asks.

[Scorpio]

The kind of employers that could make me disappear probably.

"Hell, even with you we need one more crewhand. You help me find one able bodied person. and I'm your guy for the job."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"Fine, I'll be watching you." She says opening a door and letting him go thought first.
"Brawn before Beauty." She says.

[Scorpio]

I head outside.

"Can I at least get a weapon? One of those guns?"

[Delacroix(Rei)]

She weighs the options and she hands him her Five-seveN.
"I'll hold the shotgun." She says slinging it and arming it.
"You lead." She says.

[Kan]

As soon as I see the head I get under the steering wheel and try to hot wire it, to no avail. "Crap" I say and I look up.

"Holy Shit!" I shout I see the Rex knock over the other car and step on it, crushing it. I can see two kids in the car.

I grab my pistol "I thought you said that wasn't loaded" I can hear the chaos guy say, "It isn't" I slide out the magazine, and grab a fully loaded one from my jacket and load it, "And now it is"

I holster it and go through the stuff in the back until I find some flares "I read somewhere that a Rex sight is based on movement and light" I say as I throw a couple of flares to both the scientist and the chaos guy "I want you to follow my lead" I say as I force open the car's doors and get out, rain pattering on my face.

I raise my pistol and fire one shot, and activate my flare "HEY! OVER HERE!" I shout as loudly as I can as I wave my flare getting the Rex's attention, "Get those kids!" I shout to the others as the Rex heads toward me knocking the car back into the wall one last time. I start to run.

OOC: don't have me killed, dont care if you have the kids killed

[Scorpio]

"Nice weapon."

I head out towards one of the paths.

"The power building or visitors centre?"

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"We need to get those containment fences down, So the power building." She suggests.
"Watch out...We're near the Raptor habitat..." She warns him.

[Kan]

OOC: nvm

[Scorpio]

"Jesus, Raptors? Why don't we just spit in God's eyes right now?"

I continue walking.

"If we meet any don't take any offence if I ditch you and run."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"I'll pop you in the kneecaps with this if you do." She says motioning her shotgun.

[Scorpio]

"We'll see what happens eh?"

I hear the chirping again. I stop and point my gun. A compy hops out of the bushes.

"Little b*stard" I kick it over and stamp on it a few times.

[Khallos]

Khallos was... well he didn't know where he was going, but he wasn't going to admit it. Not that he was lost - far from it. In the months before the park's opening he'd been able to memorize the layout almost exactly. Its just... he was looking for that traitorous b1tch, and he didn't know where to start....

His Quadbike screamed through the undergrowth, the loud engine giving him away.. but, at least it served to scare off the Compys. Rifle slung over his shoulder, riding goggles over his eyes, he brought himself about and headed back over to the raptor pens... might as well make sure his special little girls are ok...

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"Keep your head up, We're nearing the raptors now." She warns him, pumping her shotgun.

[Scorpio]

I check the handgun, it's loaded thank God.

"Okay, we're close to the power building anyway."

[Khallos]

Khallos would have got there first. Ain't quadbikes a wonderful thing? It would be parked by the base of the access stairs, Khallos himself up on the walkways above, looking down at the raptor pens. In for the night, the raptors SHOULD have been asleep in their lean-to's.. but, due to the storm and the power outage killing the lights, they were up, about.. and pissed off, trying to break down the security door at the front of their pen. It was holding, for now, although it was getting kinda dented.. but, of more interest to him was the fact that one of the cages on top, that were only supposed to open during feeding, was damaged and slightly ajar...

His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of voiced drifting over the storm, turning and squinting... there was.. Something moving nearby.. and he had a bloody good idea what it was, his face becoming a grimace. The Raptors could wait.. he had business to attend to...

And with that, he'd slip down the stairs and into the bushes, trailing the femme.. and, oh, she had a partner now...

[Khallos]

OOC: Dangit. Gotta Jet. See yas, all.

[Scorpio]

I hear a rustling in the bushes. I can't tell where it's coming from so I aim all around.

"What the hell was that?" I whisper.

[Ty]

OOC: Sorry, I've been gone. Justin stole my shtick, but whatever.

IC:

"God, I hate being right all the time."

Dr. Jeffrey watched as the guy with the gun took off running with the flare and the t-rex following him close behind. Once it was past their jeep, Dr. Jeffrey headed for the other jeep and tried to help the kids out from under the overturned vehicle.

"Give me your hand," he said to one of them.

He grabbed the kid and pulled her out, then reached for the boy. Once they were both out, he told them to stay still, remembering what that guy had said about the t-rex having movement-based vision.

[Kan]

Seeing the chaos guy safely get the kids I activate another flare in my pocket and put it in the same hand as the other. I look back and see the Rex almost on me. With all of my strength I throw the flares back into the jungle and I drop and roll into some nearby fauna as the Rex plummets over where I just been and heads towards the flares.

I look back and give the other guy an ok signal

"aah!" I say as I start to move from my position.

I look down at where the pain is and see a piece of wire suck in a part of my leg.

I place my hand on it and pull it out, it was in there about an inch deep, I grunt as I toss it away.

"I better get a f*cking promotion for this"

[Khallos]

Khallos stopped dead in his tracks, glad for the noise of the storm overhead and the dripping of raindrops on the canopy to makes the sounds of his breathing - not to mention the myriad noises coming from the exhibits as the Dino's broke free from their pens... eep.

Clutching the butt of his tranq pistol, Khallos grimaced, torn by indecision - go to help his babies? Strike now? Or wait? Hmm... fortunately, a tropical bird burst from the undergrowth in a flurry of wings, covering his tracks, as it were...

[Scorpio]

Some banging is heard in the distance, whilst a few birds fly out from the bushes. I decide to keep moving.

"Seriously lady. You get me killed, I'm gonna slap the blond right off you."

[Ms. Cleo]

"It's coming back!" I warn the others as the Rex heads back towards the road from the paddock. "We've got to gotta (sorry I forgot he has spanish accent) get outta out of here!"

[Kan]

I look over to were the Spanish guy pointed to, I run to the car that hadn't been attacked by the rex and start grabbing things out of the back,

"Head to the other wall" I say to the Spanish guy in the car. I carry the two cases to the other wall as the Rex appears, "Hey Doctor guy, you and those kids, go over the wall here, there is a tree to land in!" I yell as I toss the cases over the wall.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

She motions with the knife she has in her belt strap.
"I'll cut your throat out, use you as a distraction and get myself out of here if you even touch me." She says with her ice blue eyes staring at him.

[Scorpio]

"Can we just keep moving?"

I see the power bunker right up the path. Nice big steel doors. Might make a nice safe spot....or a tomb.
