Supernatural/Crime Thriller RP

[Ms. Cleo]

As Kammie and Jake fly overhead, they notice a smoldering crater below, and see Empusa lying there unconcious.

[Kan]

I notice Jake and Kammie leave the Chateau and I start following them.
"Darius come on" I yell to him as I am running as fast as I can.

I notice a smoke plume coming from a crater and I go over to investigate it.
I look in and I see the girl lying in it.

"Ho that dude did a number on her, don't know if I should be helping her but damn it if it isn't the right thing to do"
I say as I walk into the crater.

[Ms. Cleo]

Empusa, bruised and battered, starts to groan in pain, half crying and sniffling like a young child would. The sight would evoke sympathy from anybody with even half a heart.

[Kan]

OOC: aw hell no.
IC: "You alright kid?" I ask the whimpering girl as Jake and Kammie are flying above us.

[Scorpio]

ooc: Okay Justin, where did you get those guns? You never mentioned having them on your person, and nobody carries all three, a spear and a machete at one time.

EDIT: and why do you get to say I landed?

[Kan]

OOC: read it the post completely,they r at the motel room, and look at my second post or third post, its on page 3 or 4 I think, It says where I got them.

OOC: What?

The girl slowly opens her eyes, a few tears now running down her pancake-white cheeks. Her sobbing continues as she slowly rises up to a sitting position. Finally seeing Empusa going through pain put an easy feeling of dread, fear, and sympathy in those present.

[Kan]

OOC: fixed, it is legible now

[Scorpio]

ooc: Nope, you can't just shoo off Ty's character either, leave the guns. Plus I'm still flying, don't manipulate anyones character until you get permission.

ic:
I take a look down towards the crater, looks like Justin and Darius are checking it out.

"We'd better see what that is...I..."

I feel that same chill around my heart again. I plummet towards the rooftops. My last conscious act is turning to take the impact away from Kammie.

[Kan]

OO: fixed, ok?
IC:
I watch Jake fall from the sky onto a rooftop, "That must of hurt hope he is alright."
I look to the girl, "You alright?" I ask her.

[Ty]

Darius watched Jake and Kammie fall toward the rooftops.

"The impact did not appear fatal. They should have survived with only moderate injuries."

He turned back to the girl sitting on the ground in front of him. Her tears invoked his curiosity, but not much else.

"What are your orders, sir? Shall I bring this one along with us?"

[Kan]

"Yeah I guess pick her up and let head to that roof top" I Say to Darius.
He picks up the kid and we head towards the building Jake fall down onto.
"Be ready to fight if it is needed alright?" I say to Darius as I open the door, machete in hand.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

I wake up groggily and I feel a heavy weight on my chest.
"Ah...n.." I grunt as I try to get my bearings.
I see that it's Jake.
"Jake, You're....crushing me..." I say as I try to push him off.

[Scorpio]

ooc: Crap, I forgot to write that I'd turn, sorry Jax.

ic:
I'm having trouble breathing. I can still feel HIM. I'm temporarily blinded.

"Kammie?"

I roll off her onto my back. Still groggy, my vision is returning.

"What happened? I've never crashed like that. You okay?"

[Delacroix(Rei)]

I cough ad gasp abit but I manage to prop myself upright with my elbows.
"Yeah..." I say hoarsly.
"What about you...?" I ask, coughing again.

[Scorpio]

"I...think I bruised my ego on the landing."

I laugh and groan at the same time. I try to sit up.

"Where the hell did we crash?"

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"I think we landed on the Visage hotel..." I say rubbing my head.
I try to stand up, but my knees buckle and I fall right back down.
"Ow...I think my knee is broken." I say, looking at the knee slowly healing,.

[Scorpio]

"Let me take a look at that."

I get up. I feel a sharp pain in my left wing, I look around to see a wooden splinter in it.

"One second."

I grit my teeth and yank it out. Not too much damage, but it might whistle while I'm flying. I take a look at Kammies leg.

"It's healing fast, but we should bandage it up. I have an old friend that could help out."

I pick her up and get ready to take off again, taking a few deep breaths.

"You ready?"

[Ms. Cleo]

Empusa slowly rose up to her feet, having to support herself. She had a gash on her left cheek. She was human.

When she was attacked by HIM, her powers were negated, but her physical remained the same. It was unclear how long it her loss would be, or if it was permanent.

"I...I don't feel so good." She said, her demeanor getting significantly dizzy.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

I look up at him and I grab his shoulder.
"Yeah, Are you sure you can fly?" I ask.

[Scorpio]

"Only one way to find out."

Before she can object, I leap off and start flying again, the hole in my wing making a slight whistling noise.

"We'll go back to my hotel, get your leg fixed up. Plus I got something to ask the owner."

HIMs darkness is spreading rapidly. I only hope my hunch is right.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

I groan abit in pain as he jolts us into the air.
"Abit more gentler please..." I say, furrowing my eyebrows in pain.
I look around and I see the air around us turning hot and dry.
"HIM is getting stronger..." I say, trying to hide my shuddering body.

[Scorpio]

"Sorry, just a bit shaky. Keep that Kris handy. We're gonna need every edge we can."

I head towards the Blue Oyster hotel. Landing softly on the penthouse balcony, I enter and Kammie on the bed. Mr Preston, the owner, is already waiting.

"Figured it out yet Jake?"

"Almost, when I started thinking about the little details. How I could afford this place, I can't. How you knew me for years but I never aged, you know what I am."

"Well it's about time. Those memory wipes really slow you down. Glad you worked it out though, there seems to be a bit of chaos in the streets."

He takes a medical bag out of the wardrobe.

"Usually I'd be patching you up. Now what does the young lady require?"

"Broken leg, exiled reaper. I'll provide any blood she needs."

We get to work treating Kammie.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

My eyes slightly change color and I enter my agonizing healing state.
I start breathing raggedly and I call for Jake.
"Jake...Jake...I need you...now..." I say hoarsly, my teeth slowly turning into fangs.

[Scorpio]

"You might want to look away."

I wrap a tourniquet around my arm again.

"In fact, we'll talk later, she needs some rest."

"No problem, Jake."

I hold out my arm as Mr Preston heads back downstairs.

[Delacroix(Rei)]

I bite into his skin and I lap up the blood.
"I'm...sorry. " I say as I lick up the blood gleefully.
"It's the only way I can..heal." I say, biting in deeper.

[Scorpio]

"It's........fine."

I look aside, I'd rather not see this.

"Take what you need."

Getting a little woozy.

"We should......get some rest after this."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

The bloodlust subsudes and I let go and I collapse on him, taking him to the floor.
"I still think you taste great..." I say as I bring my bloodied lips to his.

[Scorpio]

I lift her back onto the bed. Then hand her towel.

"Better clean that off."

I sit on the bed and bandage my arm up. She keeps this up and I'll run out of places to bite.

"Get some rest, we have a big fight ahead of us."

[Delacroix(Rei)]

"Unlike many of the women you slept with in your life, I don't require sleep that much." I say with a grin.
I manage to levitate myself of the bed.
"I'll follow you." I say, phasing through him.
