Billy vs. SNAKEMAN
Anyway, this is an amusing mmo-like game. It runs on a dayroll system wherein you get your 200 or so stamina all at once at like 6 in the morning. There are also special arena 'dark hours' and Robofight tournament times, but those are kind of side-games. Which is one of the reasons I like this thing. In UD, you just have to keep alive. BvS never runs out of stuff to do. There are always quests to conquer, items to collect, games to play, allies to meet, and bad guys to Bingo.
The art style and story mimic/parody popular anime shows, including obvious references to Naruto, Bleach, and Code Geass. Plus, the A-Rank missions are pretty much all inside jokes regarding 90's tv shows and internet fads. It's good stuff, man.
So, I know we've got a couple of otakus on this site, and maybe a few people with passing interest in anime. Even if you're not, though, the dynamics of the game are really interesting.
For instance, the village set-up makes clans an easy in-game affair encouraging cooperation. And character interaction is very different. There's no real map; everyone just kind of exists somewhere in the ninja universe, residing in their village. You can attack anyone in the game, no matter where they are. There's no character death: If you get knocked out by another ninja, you just get Bingo'd (you can't attack others or support/protect your village for a period of time). You can also fight people in the arena, which has no drawbacks to losing. You can only fight in the arena so many times a day, though.
So, if anybody feels like trying this, enter my character's name Lokey when you sign up. You'll get a free 100 stamina to play with, and I'll get credit for recruiting you. Of course, that's only if you stay long enough to reach second rank, but I won't force you to play if you decide you don't like it.
Note: If you do sign up with my code, then you'll likely end up in the same village, the Party Van. I'd ask you to stick around, because we could use the support. We need people to help collect more resources.
