Hey,
I'm new here, and I wanna know how I should get started. I don't want to go solo, but rather join a clan or just a group, to help me level up. I'm a firefighter in Tollytown.
EDIT Wrong place, sorry.

You might want to try Resensitized or Brainstock, though I'm not sure who's active over there any more. None of us have played in a while.

I've been looking at joining Paradox. What do you mean none of you play anymore? Isn't this supposed to be one of the more active UD forums?

'Fraid not. We're like the VFW of Urban Dead.
Can anyone back me up on this?

Eh then the wiki failed.

Probably because the wiki folks don't pay attention to the forums.

And the wiki strikes again. Maybe I should just update that damn thing myself.
Sorry, I know the banner says UD forum, but most of us aren't active in the game anymore. This is more like a UD rehab center, really. We can give advice, but nobody's still playing.

If rehab involved maxing out 3 guys and getting bored with the whole thing. In terms of advice, I think I still remember a few key rules.
1. Get free running.
2. Max out pistol kills or axe skills, others are inferior leveling weapons. Diagnosis + reliable source of FAKs is also good.
3. Find a safe house to use. Good indications are a lot of people and a good (Either VSB +2 or EHB +2) barricade level. Use the latter level if you have free running and there is a VSB or lower building nearby.
4. Seriously, get free running.
