I think Kan is somewhat offended by your offending of one of the amendments. You may have to change it.
As for the quote, I disagree somewhat. Criminals have a bad habit of killing each other moreso than the rest of the populace. True, many would turn to crime, possibly on as high as a 1:1 ratio, but that whole yin and yang thing would probably end up balancing the scales out eventually.

From personal experience and stories I've heard from reliable people, criminals (at least in California) aren't as murder-happy as the media makes us believe. They can be smart enough to know who to preserve and who to sacrifice as long as it's beneficial for themselves or to their "family" (See: "Blood In, Blood Out" and...like, every gangsta movie in existence)

The individuals that break out of max security might be the ones to look out for. Does the Godfather count? If it does, you all get free ice cream! If not, you all get boots to your heads. That was only honourable under Don Corleone, after he died it all went to hell. Look at Godfather part 3. |
