How about after we spend some time in France, then Siberia. We all head for Germany?

Might be a plan. Maybe i can get K to head southwest for a bit so he ends up in germany anyway.

On Khallos suggestion, this thread can now also be used for long ooc discussions about ongoing RPs, so we don't break up the plot.

Just thought of something for WWI Heroes. Scorp, what's your policy on fighting other people's supervillains? Personally, I think we should have the policy be that it's fine to engage and inflict minor wounds on other people's villains, but no killing them without permission. Only the person who made up the villain can kill them unless they say otherwise.

That's a good policy Ty, I believe that should go for all RPs.

"What's the matter sparky? That suit slowing you down?" He's easy to outrun, but who knows how much longer he can keep this up. "Stay still you vermin!"He blasts a truck carrying wine barrels, red wine leaks out into the street. I land in the puddle and start fiddling with my controls. "C'mon, work." "Too bad you don't have our level of engineering."He stomps forward. The coils on his hands rotate and crackle, looking like he's readying a final blow. He raises his arms ready to swing downwards. "Rare? Medium or well done?""The only thing done here is you!" I boost backwards as he swings. He topples forward driving his weapon into the ground. Electricity surges throughout the wet streets as he screams, his suit billows steam and rivots fire out. He eventually collapses face down. "Shocking." If only someone where around to hear how witty I was. ;D Man, that was great! And here I thought my "issue a recall" line was corny. Nice work.

I think I may have to drop out of this one. 4 pages and I got one post.... man, you guys are quick.

Do you want to drop out? If you're not in a group with other people, there's no real obligation to post on a regular basis. You can just make one long post every few pages or something.

Hell grig, I'm working solo in this RP as well. You got plenty of catch up time. After the current batch of RPs, and after I put up supernatural. Would anyone be interested in an Alien based RP? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xenomorph_%28Alien%29

Did I really steal your idea? Sorry man.
Be cool if we set it during some fictional near future war, soldiers from both sides teaming up and stuff.

Viva la Revolution! Present day/near future setting good for everyone?
We'd have to find a way to bring flamethrowers in without killing ourselves. Also, I'm gonna find some way to bring my multi-launcher.
I think it goes without saying that we don't use anything from Alien Resurrection. I don't count that movie.

Hehe, naw, you didnt really mate, dont worry. Near future would be good, lets me have a few toys we dont quite have yet.. and, hmm, Flamers are a bit of a liability anyway. Your not likley to have more than one, two people in each platoon using them.. mainly because they tend to make people go "8-ball" who use them.
You ever see a burnt corpse up close? Now make that a whole squad of them, every day. That'll mess you up.

Good point, I just wanted them for tradition anyway. Besides, I think that flamethrowers end up killing the minority characters in the main trilogy.
How's about, island nation. A large cave and cavern network uncovered after a small meteor strike (wink) and we can work other details from there

Well thank Megatron you aren't.
The xenomorphs could be a character choice for anyone who wants. Who wouldn't want to start as a facehugger and follow their character from birth?
Although their whole 'queen first' society doesn't leave much room for individuality.

hmm power exoskeleton?

|
|
Post by Scorpio on May 11, 2007 22:09:17 GMT
What kind of exoskeleton Justin? I think they all have dormant genes that activate the further they get from the hive. Alien-Single drone, tears through the whole crew, even cocoons several members, was it going to evolve into it's own Queen? Aliens-Hundreds of drones and Royal guards, ready to throw themselves in the line of fire for the hive. Alien 3-One runner, murders everyone who gets near the unborn Queen. Is it just me? Or do Xenomorphs follow the 'Inverse ninja law'?

Yes. Yes they do. Also called the Stormtrooper effect, or "Octavian's Theory of Congress", in that the more people that are in a group doing important things, the less intelligent they are.
