List looks good. I do have a couple of "suggestions" for it, though

Resource Blitz Guru: Videocrazy - He runs wins the blitz. GP still sends the prizes directly to him, though.

RP/Spy Gurus: Lokey - For all your Resource Point needs. I also handle the spy raffle. ztrauq is the backup RP guy and can answer your RP policy questions and award RP if you bug him insistently enough.

Also, I thought the Helper did backup science or summoning, or something, but I'm not sure. There's someone else who's supposed to be auditing storehouse transactions, Miles maybe?

Yeah, I know the blitz is basically a way for Video to have a steady stream of items sent to him, but he does actually keep count of everyone's scores, right?

And yes, The Helper is backup SCIENCE! guy, I just forgot. I'm not sure who does storehouse audits. GP is the one who always catches problems first.

EDIT:
Changes as of February- GP stepped down as kage for a while and left Marco in charge for the interim. I maxed my SCIENCE! ability and joined the team to back up Helper.
