This is probably the wrong place, but I see no other place fit for it. When you use the "Speak" command, how do you get a message from another player? Does it just come, or does it come during turns, or something?

When another player speaks then you'll know it.
You know the bit where it says "you attacked a zombie for 2 damage" thats where it appears.

Moved.
For your question, you'll get a little report of anything that happened since your last move when you refresh the page. If you say something to someone else, they'll see it next time they move. The message is something like this:
Since your last turn:
-galdis said "(whatever you said here)." (X hours, Y minutes ago)

Be careful about refreshing though, It can use AP if you have post data in the system.
I click on my identity, and then click "back to the city"
edit: stupid spelling errors (the One time I don't use the spell checker!)
