Is the Groove Theory still valid? I seem to be able to get similar results as those mentioned in the theory.

It was a way to beat the system before the current RNG. You would click say, search again exactly 8 seconds after you hit it the first time and you would get the same result, so one could get a packload fulla shotgun shells in one 50 ap period

Well, i seem to have discovered a variation of it by accident. The way to do it is similar in that you have to wait a certain amount of time before you click again. You still have to wait until you successfully find something before it can work though.
The proof that it works is that i can get a row of successful searches when i start counting and i can't get any successes beyond random chances if i stop counting.
I have gotten a total of about 50 - 60 FAKs in less than 200 AP worth of searching so either a variation of the Groove Theory still works or i'm having impossibly good luck.
I have had one five-in-a-row, 3 four-in-a-row, 1 three-in-a-row and about 10 two-in-a-row successful searches for FAK. The rest of it are found due to random chances.
Please note that i'm counting in my head and not using a timer so i haven't quite nailed down the timing yet. Otherwise, my success rate would be much higher.
Of course there is still a chance that i'm just having impossibly good luck but the fact that i can get successes in a row while counting and none when i'm not strongly points to the fact that a variation of the Groove Theory does work.
Hmm... I might start recording the results and try to find the exact timing just to prove/disprove that it works. ;D
